Villa Renessans - Ohrid

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in a bustling location. The attention to detail was impressive, with beautifully designed rooms that were spotlessly clean. The hotel's central location on the main boulevard made it convenient, providing easy access to the pedestrian street and the city center. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The basic amenities, including air conditioning and breakfast, were all top-notch.

The staff provides excellent service and is incredibly helpful. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-furnished, with modern amenities including air conditioning. Another plus is the delicious breakfast that is served every morning.

They went out of their way to solve a problem we had with a forgotten document, ensuring it was delivered to us the next day. We also appreciated the cleanliness of our room, which had everything we needed. the location was great too, close to the center and the lake but still quiet enough for a peaceful stay.

The small cage in which the dog was kept all day was a bit concerning to us, especially given the high temperatures. We also found that some of the staff had limited English proficiency, which could be a challenge for some guests.

The room was quite big and had a comfortable bed. Plus, the view from the balcony was stunning. , the location was excellent, very close to the main attractions, and with several restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that included a variety of local dishes.

The cleanliness of the bathroom left a lot to be desired, with mold on the tiles and stains on the towels. the air-conditioning unit was very noisy and didn't cool the room enough during the hot summer nights.

The hotel is well-located with easy access to the center and pedestrian street. the room was comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you might need. the bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing guidance and securing parking.

The TV channels were of poor quality and there was only one working set, which was a disappointment.
